My son has just had a delivery of a washing machine , old washing machine removed and new one fitted, The 2 delivery drivers were polite, friendly and very helpful, top service 10 out 10, highly recommended this company from start to finish.
Update/edit: having received communication from the Gotch’s store in Selby, our hob has now been replaced by the store. I was impressed with how the team dealt with this issue and were eager to rectify the situation, hence I felt I had to add to my initial review. Thank you to Gotch’s for responding so promptly and for sorting the issue. We purchased an induction hob from Gotchs in October, which was fitted by them that month. Within two months the hob made a loud bang, caused a fuse to blow and broke. Whilst this is out of the 30 day right to return and refund under the 2015 Consumer Rights Legislation it is still well within the stated legal six month period in which responsibility still lies with the retailer to either fix or replace the product, not the manufacturer. Gotchs appear unaware of this law and were very unhelpful stated after 30 days it is not their problem and we had to go to the manufacturer. I hate writing negative reviews but this is really poor service and I feel something the retailer needs to seriously assess to avoid losing customers.
Washer broke down tuesday .Visited Gotches same day. New washer delivered and installed next day.Excellent service
Called in to renew washing machine and tumble dryer. Customer service in store is 5 ⭐️ plus. No hard sell, listened to what we wanted, let us take or time to decide. All in all a very pleasant experience The guys who came to fit the washer found a slight problem with one of the pipes, nothing too much trouble, they just went ahead and fixed it. Both very pleasant and friendly and helpful so 5⭐️ plus to those guys too. Can highly recommend Gotchs 👍
