Been trying different places around Selby for a good pork pie. Thomas Bakery is definitely the best, perfect. I also get a frozen sour dough loaf, best toast you can ever eat(slice and toast, don't bake it). Excellent bakery, evident by there always been a queue. It moves fast so don't be put off waiting.

In Selby yesterday and was able to pop into Thomas the Baker. My absolute favourite Bakers. Great food and great staff. Always so busy, but the staff are lovely - always give you a friendly welcome. Always buy too much - well it would be rude not to 🤭☺️🤗

wifes come back from selby with possibly the best vanilla slices we've had. she enthused about the staff etc so i'm writing this for her. shes now under orders when in selby call in thomas'

The best thomas i have been to so far. Always open on time or early unlike many others that aren't and have food ready when it actually opens unlike a few of them. Lovely friendly staff

What a lovely local bakers! Sandwiches are sooo tasty! Highly recommended. Can be a little busy at times but for good reason. Staff are all very polite and helpful.
