So impressed with the amazing help given by Brendan at the selby branch. Everything was explained very thoroughly & sorted in a timely manner. Brendan & team were so responsive during a stressful time with my daughter’s car. Am very grateful. Totally highly recommend.

Straight to the point.I have had wheel alignments done however the issue still wasn't sorted as my car keeps pulling to one side so I went back for a retest where my car was checked and I was told, everything was ok, no test result or anything. After retest nothing changed, nothing better, so I sent an email to the main office regarding this however I didn't receive any reply, I paid money for nothing. After, I went to a different garage where I was told the wheel alignments need adjustments, all done, no issues since, the car drives straight. Do not recommend Wilco Selby.

Why have I never been here before?!!! Tom responded to my e mail enquiry promptly and Dan was so helpful and courteous in store. There was no hard sell, they were open and honest with their advice and dealt with my issue promptly. I shall be choosing them for certain for future car care needs. Thank you

Went there for an air con regas. It leaked after a week. Went to the mechanic as I though I have a leak. The mechanic explained that there is not leak and re gased my Air con again and its been okay ever since meaning it was someone at wilko who messed up the job. Could not prove it at the time so just wrote a complaint email which wasn't even answered. I started to ask around Selby about this place few people told me of staff having no idea what they doing. I would avoid this place at all since I wasted money.

Went in to get number plates along with the Number Plate Authorisation Certificate and Driving licence. First Assistant passed me to very arrogant and rude colleague who refused to make the plates as certificate said valid three working days and dated Thursday 17th and he claimed not valid as outside of the three working days on certificate. Pointed out DVLA state working days to be Monday to Friday and offered to show him on their website. Didn’t want to know and claimed DVLA work 7 days a week which is rubbish. Claimed he would be fined £5000 if he made the plates. Asked him for Head Office contact details and was told look on the website. He really needs retraining on DVLA processes and some customer service skills. Sorry no name badges worn to identify him. Drove to Halfords who agreed certificate was in date and made the plates within a few minutes. Great service at Halfords - one star ( would have been less if that option existed) for Motorsave.
