Attended the store with my assistance dog, the man was incredibly rude saying its his store and that NO DOGS allowed even guide or assistance dogs. I tried to explain and provide him with a QR code I have on my lanyard explaining he cannot refuse genuine assistance and guide dogs. He told me just get what you need and leave. I asked for his help to speed up the process but he refused still say its my shop no dogs allowed. I shall be reporting this as discrimination to the relevant authorities. I am also emailing the business with a copy of the disability act regarding assistance and guide dogs.

Very rude shop assistant and very unhelpful. They cannot do DPD deliveries as they claim. The post office in town does DPD delivery if needed

The man at the store is very unpleasant. I will never go into this store again. They have an option to send packages but either they don't have stickers to print for more than a week or they have too many packages and no longer take any more. When asked if I can come back tomorrow the guy replies in an unpleasant tone that he doesn't know when the driver will come to pick up the packages. They are the only store in Selby that takes parcels from Yodel. I think that the shipping companies should consider changing to a store where the owner and employees know how to fulfill their responsibilities since they are the only store in the town center where you can either send or receive parcels like Yodel.

What an incredibly rude man that works here. It's his job to guide people through the process as he does this everyday however he calls you "a child" as I've never used the facility before. He also needs to clean himself and the store.

Comically rude, wouldn’t use ever again for parcels. Told me it was no good for me to pick it up 3 days after it had been delivered and he claimed I was free yesterday to collect it and asked why I didn’t come earlier 😂 had to tell him to hand it over so I could leave. collected a parcel when a lady was working and she wasn’t much friendlier, told me I needed photo ID so had to back home. Shop is also terribly stocked
