My husband and I called today around 1.30pm for a meal my husband had the steak pie with chips, the pie he said was very nice although a bit on the cold side and the chips were terrible, I had lasagne with chips and peas and I have to say it ws the worst meal I have ever had out anywhere it was discussing and couldn't eat it and I have to say it wasn't a cheap meal, as a result of this we will certainly not eat here again I did complain to one of the staff who apologised but not her fault. It's a shame it used to be really nice.

Our little one isnt quite 2 yet so wasn't completely sure what was going on but everyone was lovely with her and the grotto was really nice. Her gift was age appropriate too. We will definitely come back next year.

My 93 year old Father and I love Wetherells of Selby. It is lovely to be able to walk around a beautiful, well laid department store full of high quality items. A real joy for us is lunch at the Arches. We simply love the staff, the decor, the menu/food and atmosphere. The store and Arches have all the qualities my Dad was brought up with and I have grown to love and appreciate. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. From walking through the automatic door and being greeted by the lovely lady in the beauty department, it just feel so comfortable in the best possible way! A truly delightful gem in Selby. Thank you!

Excellent experience for my two girls. Very personal and intimate meet and greet in a beautifully decorated Santa's grotto! We will be making this our family tradition. Thank you Wetherells!
