I ordered flowers on Friday morning at 8:30 from Australia over the phone. I spoke with a lady very very helpful She knew exactly what I wanted with how I was describing the flowers I needed for my sister. The flowers were delivered within 3 1/2 hours which was absolutely amazing. My sister loved them. I have seen a photo of the beautiful blush pink flowers with little bumblebees on the wrapping paper absolutely exquisite 10 out of 10 for flowers and service. Will definitely be using lisa’s florist again. With thanks Lesley millar from down under.

I called in to the shop to enquire about a hand tied arrangement for my brother’s funeral. The previous florist I had contacted had said they couldn’t provide what I had asked for. My poorly communicated description of the vision was noted and fulfilled perfectly, creating the wild, untamed loosely tied bouquet and trailing foliage just as I had envisaged. Thank you so much for interpreting our floral request so beautifully.

So disappointed when the flowers my son bought me for my birthday were dying within four days. They usually last at least two weeks. Conditions in the house are just the same as this time last year. Closer inspection showed that the spray chrysanthemums had already had dead blooms removed. The big incurved chrysanthemum was on its last legs after five days. Strangely enough the carnations are still going strong after 10 days so something obviously not right. I haven't mentioned this to my son because he would be dreadfully upset. I know times are hard for businesses but it's hard for their customers too. Edit. I appreciate the response but I would have expected the flowers to be fresher, you couldn't 'make it right' after the event.

I ordered a hand tied bouquet for my daughter and son in law’s first anniversary. The bouquet was absolutely stunning and exactly what i wanted. Lisa was very accommodating and delivered at short notice. Thank you so much would definitely recommend. Will use again.
