Took my bracelet to be repaired as the clasp broke. Sent off supposedly to Pandora for repair in august by early November no word about it. Had already paid £60 before repair. Rang them on the Monday by Wednesday it was repaired, but they had it 3 months! ? My daughter bought me for my birthday late November 2 charms we couldn’t get these on the bracelet. So over Xmas whilst visiting her we took in to a branch in Manchester only to be told they had repaired it incorrectly!

Had my engagement ring resized, and the whole team were amazing! The service qas impeccable, I was nervous about sending it off and everyone's was kind and reassuring. Was estimated my ring would take up to 3 weeks but it was done in 10 days. My ring fits perfectly and you can't tell at all that its been resized!

Amazing customer service. I have been searching for a Vivienne Westwood necklace which was sold out and I found one in this fabulous jewellers. They kept in contact through email and the necklace arrived within 48 hours and is beautiful. I am delighted and would highly recommend this company.

This jewellery shop, repaired a signet ring left to me be my father who passed away 6 years ago this month. I had been told it was unrepairable. The staff at Coe & Co were just outstandingly wonderful. Each member of staff were such a credit to the business. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The ring looks like new, what a superb job they did. Really 10 out of 10. Thank you so much

Amazing customer service. I rang up during lockdown as I didn’t want to have to wait for an unknown amount of time until I got my engagement ring back from a resizing. I was emailing Becky back and forth. She was so very helpful and accommodating. I also spoke to Joey from the Scunthorpe branch and he was a delight to speak to, again very helpful. They both made my day and I couldn’t thank them enough!
