We called in here with a view of a new contract, we was offered a great deal where we got a free Samsung pair of headphones snd smart watch! BARGAIN! We was unfortunately miss advised by the Selby branch staff about the offer(the staff had no clue about the terms and conditions) (including the branch manager) we was advised to wait for 40 days after our 1st payment to receive our offer but it turns out it was 30days after the purchase date! We was incorrectly advised and as a result missed out on the headphones and watch which we wanted in the 1st place!!!!! Now we have been mugged off! The staff didn't know the terms and miss informed us! We are now out of pocket! Do not use this EE branch, they don't have a clue about current offers and have proper mugged us off!!!! Disgusting service. Even advised us not to complain! We are no mugs! This was all by the way from the branch manager! She was the one who told us to wait. Bad and very incorrect advise! Thanks for losing us nearly £200. This is why EE is now failing! BAD STAFF.

Contrasting experiences here, with the male staff being quite courteous and helpful, but the female duo are rather sullen and condescending. Opt to speak online if you plan to converse with courteous, helpful staff.

Placed an order. Very nice people Asked for a refund which I was NOT told was non refundable Snapped at by a young lady who was serving a potential customer that I couldn’t have a refund in a matter of fact way. Don’t deal with them just go directly to EE far superior service Hope you enjoy the £25
