Unreliable - promised to call three times during a two week search for a particular phone case - and I’m still waiting!

I walked in and both employees remained sited. One of them said to me “ let us know which one you like”(phone cover).A second man of the same skin colour as theirs walked in and one of them stood , showed him the best products , took him through all the shelves basically welcomed him whole heartedly , giving him real customer service .I felt some type of way to be honest.😭😭 like why didn’t I get the same treatment when I walked in.

Screen wasn’t working so I took my iPhone to be repaired. He opened it up and got the screen working but recommended it still being replaced ( quoted £90). When it was done, he told me he had also cleaned the charging port and tried charging me £10. The screen that it was replaced with threw up a fault, because it’s a non genuine screen. Took it back to have the original fitted and he didn’t connect the original screen correctly to deceive me into thinking it wasn’t working. When it was connected correctly it worked fine so I asked for a full refund which was received.

Brought in my iphone to replace the screan as it smashed.Asked for £70 in cash.To be fair it was done in about 40 min. Got the phone back .The next day the srean wood freez and lock itself etc. No receipt given so could not bring it back… Eventualy the screan went black even though handset was working. Brought to another company to fix the issue just being told that the screan fitted in was cheap chinese screan and fitted wrongly,it caused damage to my phone!Costed me another £70.this time full receipt and 90 days waranty! Beware! Avoid Harrys! And get the receipt!
