Visited this afternoon with my mother in law and my two kids. A 2 year old and 5 year old. My eldest is autistic and really struggles in shoe shops. The lady who was working today went above and beyond to assist us even though she was working alone in the shop the time we went in. Her customer service is impeccable and I have no worries about returning to that shop as a usual unpleasant experience turned into a positive one, I'm certain it is because of this kind lady. I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves as she's an asset to shoezone. Thank you 😀

Wide range of nice shoes at a good price and have nice staff but they don't always last too long
Why are all the shoes only half laced up? Takes ages just to try on one pair!
