Left my road bike for a service whilst on holiday, they were very accommodating and kept it for the 2 weeks. I'd had a loud noise through the peddle and generally bike was in desperate need of a service after several 1000k on the turbo trainer! Did an amazing job, bike is almost purring now! Very helpful about lube to use for indoor trainer as well. Would definitely 100% recommend their service to anyone.

After my bike started making a louder and louder grinding noise from the crank I knew the bearings had gone and needed changing. I went to Halfords and they did not want to do the job. Went into cogs and the job was done straight away and the bike is like a new bike! Fantastic owner, great service, and I’m only going here now because frankly I trust him 100%. Priced very fairly as well.

Bought a new Knog Scout but when I got home it refused to connect to ‘Find my iPhone’ or even revert to factory settings. Returned to see Tony who was very friendly & welcoming. He offered me a replacement without complaint. A quick charge & everything connected as expected. Item now up & working. Thanks Tony.

Great little cafe with onsite bike repairs and various bike related things for sale and even a couple of bikes! Only downside was no food which would be a massive addition. A+, will definitely be back.

We arrived with a minor problem after a long ride from Derby, and despite being on the verge of closing time we were sorted out quickly and in a friendly manner. They obviously know they're stuff and appreciated they're quick assessment of the issue. Fantastic value for money, too, and would not hesitate to pop in if we had a problem again. Thank-you!
