Honestly FED UP OF THIS BURGER KING There is not one order that they haven’t messed up I work nearby to it so it’s an easy option for lunch. Unfortunately the most simplest burger you can make that they burnt to a crisp I ate most of it because I needed to get back to work. No time to go back and I was super hungry. Won’t be returning again. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT. Constantly always messing up my order pretty much every time I’ve ordered there.
Nadia's customer service made this the best Burger King I've been to. I was immediately greeted with a smile and she was eager to help me place my order on the kiosks, talking me through the menu items and her recommendations. Then assured me it wouldn't take long and she served me fresh, hot food in under 3 minutes! The seating area was incredibly clean and well maintained. She had a smile throughout and was extremely polite and accommodating, asking if I wanted ketchup even after bringing my food downstairs! I usually don't leave reviews but I felt Nadia needed 5 stars for her 10/10 customer service. I felt so welcomed and the food I was served exceeded my expectations. This is rare for a fast food chain so I will definitely be returning again and recommending to everyone. Thank you Nadia and thank you Burger King!
The server callrd Isaac was extremely rude and unhelpful. They messed up our order, FIVE drinks ordered and only FOUR delivered to our table, and he was adamant that it was correct and pretty much accused me of lying, upon my second trip back to to to resolve the issue of the STILL missing drink it became apparent that he had left it unattended on the counter. He was also throwing dirty looks my way as I stood politely at the counter seeking assistance. Very poor customer service from this person. He seemed disinterested overall in his whole approach to his duties. HIGHLY unprofessional and VERY rude.
Tried the new wagyu burger. Nothing special not worth the price and certainly not worth the wait
Wagyu ordered as large meal. Burger was alright. Taste was flamegrilled with sweet onions nothing amazing. Fries were a small portion even though it was a large meal and were not fluffy inside with a crispy outside they were rubbery. For the price portions are small so not good value for what you are paying ÂŁ13.50. You can go to McDonalds and get a burger the same size with fries and Tropicana Orange Juice for less money and with salad on the burger, not just a burger with cheese and lots of sauce. With the economy making us be more tight with the purse strings, McDonalds is better value.
