Burger King

I normally write positive reviews but I had to comment on the disgusting service I received yesterday... so firstly I went in to order on the machines so I was signed in and could access my offers through my BK app. When it got to the payment part, it said error and went funny the machine. I warned them and said I think its broken, I didnt get assistance to help, all I got was a dirty look. So I tried the 2 other machines and the same error code came up saying I cannot pay. This time they listened and came and looked and said order at the counter.... so I did and I was told I couldn't use my offers, so I had to order online and it finally worked (bear in mind) all that took 35 minutes to do.... I asked for no onions on my burger seen as they upset my stomach and after all that time they still put onions on and the service was horrendous! The staff was all talking in back instead of bothering with customers and I will never come back here again, avoid at all costs!! And as proof im putting up my order number and it says on the burger wrapper no onions and I provided pictures... and the burgers was cold after all that messing about... I will be surprised if this place stays open... ����😒😒☠️☠️☠️🤬🤬🤬

Staff are really helpful, always smiling and willing to help with any issues. Food is always hot and fresh. Ryan is warm and welcoming and is a credit to the business. Building is spotless anytime i visit and even the outdoor area is clear of rubbish

I ordered the food from the app and the app had a glitch and charged me wrong amount, when i went in person they said they can not refund me because of online order. I asked one of the staff how can i do it from the app, the lady herself did not know how to do it although working at there. while dealing with the lady she saw the food got cold and did not bother to gave me the new one, not even having the courtesy for anything. when i did end up contacting burger king regarding the wrong amount being charged, they have not come back to me in weeks. my question to the whole team is how do you expect people to use the app if your own staff do not know the procedure. Overall i wasted my money, could not eat the food as being cold and did not refund with the poor management.

Had an eat in the drive thru. Must be my age found it hard to even get in the place. Then you have to order online and not at counter, then found that you take an order number which I didn't see. The meal and service was great 👍 So now I know how to get in and how to order will be back as very nice meals

Food was fine but had to wait 25 minute for the food??? It's meant to be fast food, this isn't the first time this has happen either! I genuinely don't understand why it takes that long when there was 3 people in and plenty of staff in kitchen.
