Burger King

Ordered a double cheese burger meal. Cooked very quickly.the bacon was stone cold. Took it back and was told that's how it comes out of the fridge. No where to make it warm so has to be cold. No microwave but have grills so don't see the problem. Got a refund. Never had this issue before .

Absolutely shocking 0ace. Never been to a fast f9od restaurant that takes so long. Wasn't busy but took 15 mins to order my food and then 25 mins for it to be prepared. I don't ex0ect much from these places but I expect it to he quick... it's kind of the point

No self serve points like there are in others so had to stand and wait for quite some time at the till for order to be taken even though it wasn't that busy. I only saw 2 members of staff neither of which looked happy or had any go in them, service was just matter of fact and quite slow. The restaurant floor and tables were littered and grubby. The food was warm but not hot, the burger tasted nice enough. After we had left my partner said he'd found a hair in the fries which is disgusting, this experience has totally put me off ever wanting to go here again. I sometimes use the Wakefield trinity one and never had any problems there.

Had food delivered requested wrap in foil like many do to ensure hot food, as Burger King always cold, not ordered for a while so gave benefit of doubt, never again, request was ignored and all food was cold, bread tasted stale and chicken in royales was tough and dry, overcooked. Chips and onion rings both cold all meal went in bin, disgusting

The seating area was cold and grubby with old food on the floor under the table. Staff were totally unenthusiastic. No choice of drinks other than Coke. When the food arrived it was warm not hot and poorly presented. We went for our grandson’s birthday ( his choice ) but won’t be going again.
