Decided to give burger king another try after a long long spell. We ordered Wagyu meals large at a whopping £14.69 each, added the cheesy bacon fries option costing another £1.00 each. And a side of Halloumi fries at £4.99 total £36.67. Okay so waited 10 mins and then get a wave it's ready, kinda thought they would have brought it to our table. So after taking it back to our table no halloumi fries, I went back again but then saw the tiny portion in a bag that was forgotten, probably because it was so small. I decided they weren't worth it and had my money returned for them before returning to my table. The tiny portion of cheesy fries were barely warm. The burger was the same and was simply not worth the price. Even the coffee was small. The place itself was freezing, no heating on. The toilets when we left were the final decider, they have not been refurbished for decades. Seriously I don't know how this place keeps open. Its a shame really as we really liked it in it's hayday.
I seriously don't get the low score, food is always cooked fresh unlike most of the other stores. Staff are always super friendly, stores always clean and given the food is always fresh they're somehow faster than hartlepool or teesside park. I literally drive through from Hartlepool for my food rather than go to the one 5 min from home. I'm not gonna lie, this place really does need a higher score!
First of all it's a good place, easy to find a tidy and neat dining and best burgers in a shop. It's not too crowded but you can see always someone in dining,i always saw people there with family and friends. Its little bit expensive wheel chair access ♿ parking facility and wheelchair entrance also there.Dinig out and delivery also available. In drive through you can easily ordered food, not crowded.Staff are friendly to deal with customers. In parking McDonald's customer's only parking one hour free, after that we need to pay.
Fantastic restaurant, absolutely spotless!! Staff are clean and polite. Food is fresh and good quality. Could do with some heating in there tho. It's a build
The delivery service is a joke. Why take an order if you can’t get it delivered? Terrible service, don’t answer phone, blame just eat for any issues
