Ordered at the kiosk and requested table service. Callum brought my order to me and was very nice to me asked me how my day was going and if I’d like to try a cheesecake for dessert. I tried the caramel one, it’s delicious! Will be returning
Im sorry but the attitude of our server was appalling, we ordered our food at 3:51pm and didnt get our food until nearly 10 past 4, the fries were cold, the lettuce on my boyfriends burger was clearly out of date and going brown and my drink of the frozen fanta was sat on the side while they made atleast 4 other orders before ours. Im absolutely disgusted
We visited first time, on Sunday 31st August and the restaurant was fairly busy. We tried ordering our usual meal but was not in stock. Drinks were also scarce. So we ordered a substitute and unfortunately it took around 25 minutes for our order to be bought out. Even then, it was mediocre heat wise. Now, the second time we visited around the 4th September it was much better. Good was hot and everything was pretty much bang on. Sadly though, the first experience meant I can’t give this five stars. You got there guys, maybe we were just having an off day.
Very fast service, food was hot and the members of staff were both friendly and approachable! 100% recommend for families looking for a quick bite to eat.
The music was stopping and starting constantly, don't know why the didn't turn it off completely and to say how much standing about and not doing anything the employees were doing, you expect the place to be spotless. Rubbish left on unwhiped tables and grease all over. My boyfriend got his order so long after mine, it had gone cold by the time we ate together and we were the only people in there!
