Absolutely lovely mid-journey meal at the Castleford burger king. Restaurant was clean with great ambience, and the food was absolutely delectable with everything perfectly assembled. Exceptional value with the 30% off January deal too! Highly Recommend, even made sure the staff knew how much we enjoyed the meal. 5 stars!
Waited 20 minutes for £25 worth of food and ended up with cold burgers and lukewarm fries. The staff did replace the burgers quickly, which I appreciated, but the overall experience still wasn’t great. I’d think twice before visiting this branch — it’s not up to scratch.

Short wait for order….and had to ask for drinks cup and condiments if paid for - not even an apology or any sort of enjoy your meal….just silence! Completed a food Hudson course many years ago and sure you supposed to wear hair nets in food prep area….but apparently not! Even if you have an almost foot long pony tail - you’re free to flick it around without a care! Food is as decidedly average - pretty bland and barely warm…. Just about edible. Would like to make a special mention to the store cleaning team….especially as they appeared to have the day off and looks like everyone else was happy leave it till the next day for tidying the customer seating area (see photos)!
The food was fresh, hot, and served promptly, but what truly stood out was the excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making for a comfortable dining atmosphere. A special shoutout to Jordan, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service!
