Sheffield is set to come alive from Thursday, 25th July to Sunday, 28th July with the highly anticipated Fringe at Tramlines 2024. Supported by Sheffield BID, this year’s festival promises an exhilarating celebration of music across the city. With over 30 venues and hundreds of artists performing, Sheffield will transform into a vibrant musical playground, offering a variety of performances to suit all tastes.

An Exciting Mix of Genres and Performances

The Fringe at Tramlines boasts an impressive array of acts across multiple genres, ensuring there's something for everyone. Notable performances at Devonshire Green include Highway Child and the Sheffield Beatles Project, alongside the lively Ripton Lindsay's Jamaican Carifolk Dance and Sparkle Sistaz DJ sets.

At Delicious Clam, attendees can enjoy the dream-pop sounds of Faint Paint and the psychedelic rock of Buzz Lightyear. Yellow Arch Studios will feature artists such as Tom Killner, known for his soul-drenched Southern rock, and the heavy rock quintet Santiago Kings. Meanwhile, Sidney and Matilda's "The Other Festival" will showcase eclectic talents like Seas Of Mirth and post-punk favourites Femur.

Venues Across Sheffield Host an Array of Artists

Established venues like Frog & Parrot, West St Live, Bungalows and Bears, The Green Room, and Maida Vale are set to offer full schedules of performances throughout the weekend. Late-night revellers can enjoy DJ sets at clubs like Hope Works and Plot 22.

New this year is an outdoor stage on the Cathedral Forecourt, hosting the Chill Foo Front 30 Year Anniversary Street Party on Saturday, 27th July. Supported by the Sarah Nulty Power of Music Foundation, this event will feature BBQ food, pizzas, open mic sessions, and performances by dance crews and DJs.
