Im Grateful for the Store Manager .Never seen such a kind Salesman , very patient and helpful because of him I am gonna refer everyone Sketchers and that too Sketchers Moor in particular .He is the best

Massive range! Spoilt for choice! Very light and clean Well presented displays My wife and I both purchased today. Kheera went above and beyond to make sure that my wife got exactly what she needed as she had a special requirement, she was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive and spent a lot of time with us. No pressure to buy. When at the till we also purchased socks which we know are very good quality and hard wearing as we have had them before. Kheera even asked her manager for multi purchase discount on top of the 20%off for Father’s Day! Two nice multi use free bags too! Great experience and would definitely recommend. A++

Had an amazing customer experience from Cameron. Good conversation, complete focus on getting me a shoe to fit, nothing was too much bother. Very pleasant hence getting my sale- absolutely refreshing from todays general miserable sales persons.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes here in the last year. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the male seller, but he was very kind and helpful. My husband bought me a pair of shoes for Christmas that I didn't find comfortable, so I went back to the store today and thought I'd exchange them for something else. The lady who worked this afternoon, after a visual inspection, claimed that I had walked outside in the shoes because there was a little dirt on the soles of the shoes. I think it may have gotten there from my kitchen floor, or it was already like that when my husband bought it. She didn't believe me that I didn't use the shoes, it was very humiliating for me. I am very disappointed and I will definitely never wear these shoes and I will never shop at this store again. I am sorry because I have always enjoyed shopping here before.
