3rd.time here, this time 3 x rooms booked as Masters Graduation ...Comfy clean beds. Warm rooms. Nice Staff and excellent Breakfast. Parking across road and 50% discount. Central location what more do you need?
I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel City centre, Sheffield. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless and well-maintained through my stay. A Big Thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything so clean and comfortable. It’s clearly they take real pride in their work. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended❤️
Thank you for restoring my faith in this brand! A perfect night's stay. The room had everything that I required. The funky bathroom had a great shower. A fan was available if needed (being a lady of a certain age - thank you). A fabulous night's sleep was had. Breakfast had every choice and was superb. I was greeted with a friendly smile by all the staff and they were attentive and helpful.
I was helped promptly with all of my luggage by the staff when asked if i could get a hand. I wanted to use this review box to express how the housekeeping team, two ethnic ladies (one being the housekeeping manager) was very helpful, kind and willing to help me with anything that I needed so that things would be easier for me. They did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable, and despite my son vomiting on the floor and abit on the bedsheet, they reassured me that this was no problem while keeping a smile on their faces. They work hard and deserve recognition for this😇
Very good location, friendly welcome and early check in available. Rooms are perfect for a short stay, good shower! Breakfast buffet good.
