The hotel is a very short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient. There are places to eat nearby and the room was perfectly adequate. I appreciate that there are snacks available 24/7 and the price was very reasonable. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Mine was a very basic room, which is what I wanted and expected for the price, but it was clean and adequately comfortable.
Great location for a night out in Hull. The rooms are starting to look really worn. But it was all clean and tidy. You can't complain at the price though. Also cheap 24 hour car park nearby, £3 for 24 hours
One of the cleanest hotel rooms & bathrooms I've ever been to. Did not expect. Front desk staff friendly. Room good size. Large desk for working and power sockets near bed. Small wardrobe as well.
Great location (we came on the train and it's a short walk from the station). Good value for money at just over £50.00 a night for a room. Great shower, comfy bed, good quality of sleep, very quiet at night, easy check in and out process. We will definitely use again when visiting Hull again.
Dire. People smoking in rooms. Odd pods in the rooms. Compostable coop bag as a bin liner? Fighting outside and front of hotel covered in rubbish. Then to top it all off, had a strange man walk into mine and my mum's room at 7am in the morning while we were still in bed. Staff were helpful and responsive but frankly this kind of incident is unacceptable and a huge risk to vulnerable persons.
