Miller & Carter Sheffield by Innkeeper's Collection (hotel - see other listing for restaurant)

Hotel cancelled six hours before check in opened. Absolute disgrace, didn't even have the stones to ring me personally to apologise, just left it for Booking to sort out. Edit: the morning after they still had the audacity to text and email me asking for payment even though they cancelled the reservation. Utterly garbage customer service.

First stay here, two adults, two teenagers for the Tramlines Festival. Absolutely loved it. Location is right in the City Centre, rooms were clean, spacious and airy. Good sized room for the four of us, and breakfast was excellent. Will stay again, and would highly recommend.

Loved the experience so welcoming, and the stay was very comfortable. Rooms are classic in design all dark wood, so not modern. Great lighting, bed super comfy good night sleep. One issue is that the restaurant is expensive, so I suggest eating elsewhere.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, this hotel offers ultimate convenience with everything within walking distance. Huge props to Charles for the warm welcome! Spacious rooms at a great price, and the breakfast was truly exceptional - one of the best we've experienced!

Made a booking by mistake for next year instead of this year and although l let them know about it quickly (within a couple of days) once the error was spotted they refused a refund. Vile behaviour.
