Self checkout staff need to stop socializing with their collegues and fix customers tills. One of the slowest response times in any Sainsbury's and I've been going here over 10 years. Considering it's now 80% self checkout, that's not good! I've given an extra star because the staff are always friendly (when they show up)
The colleagues on the self scans are honestly so bad at their job. Near enough every time I visit and need approval on an item they will full on ignore you, then when you ask them to help with the approval they get strop on and become aggressive (for asking them to do their job). The lady with the red hair, my god she is the worst, will talk to you like you’re a child. I get we all have bad days but at this point every time I have interacted with her it has been a bad day; if you don’t like your job don’t do it. There are many people that will gladly do it with good customer service!!
Everything is complete. The vegetables and fruits are all very fresh. After getting a membership card, there are also discounts from time to time! Chinese snacks are also cheaper than those sold in Chinese supermarkets! I will defend it to the death

Sell various products.the best place you can go for your groceries at the moor beside the moor market. They also have Argos inside it.
