Bradford Argos (Inside Sainsbury's)

Delivery service is a nightmare. My landlord ordered a washing machine with a service to fix it inside . Every week keep delays by a different reason.. now one months gone.. finally just delivered.. but they said can not do the service to fix it inside because they no allow to waiting more than half hour. So they just left the maschine and gone. They no even call you about what time they come.. you need to stay at home 7am- 5pm because you don't know what time they came... horrible service

Appalling customer service from Tom Manager. Customer Service skills 0! Took back vacuum within warranty told me he couldn't exchange without reference number from manufacturer. Got reference number then he would not exchange! Went straight to different store did straight away no hassle at all. Complained to customer service at argos whom said should have been no problem as long as had reference. Tom is on a Total power trip!

Young gentleman named Shamas and manager Carie helped me with a complex return and reassured me that it would all be fine. Set my expectations and gave the correct timescales to give me confidence. Served with a smile. Key members to the team.

First of all I’d like to say how wonderful the staff were at this store 5* for them without question. The 2* is for Argos the company. I needed to purchase a freezer as mine had conked out 🫠 so I ordered one using my Argos card. A large item that requires 2 people to lift just wasn’t available for home delivery….which as a customer you pay extra for, only available for store collection only.! I had to arrange to use a van and an extra pair of hands to collect and bring home. A week before this I ordered a small compact jet washer from Argos…which I HAD to pay a delivery charge for to have it delivered to my address….no store pick up was available. Surly this should be the other way round 🤔 home delivery available for large items and store pick up for smaller items..?! I spoke to the staff when collecting the freezer, who explained they’d had this problem when customers are ordering in store too, an elderly lady wanted to purchase a washing machine but had to wait for it to be delivered to store to then go back and collect herself 🤯 I think someone’s logic at Argos has gone AWOL

Sarah was very helpful, polite and professional, helping me with my purchase and my exchange. Came here after having much less than satisfactory service at the Forster Sq branch where some of the staff don’t have a clue about service and being helpful. Always a positive experience at the branch inside Sainsbury’s 👍🏼
