This not fair to be honest as shop/ staff deserve a 5 . The problem is I tried to phone shop but went in circles to end up at head office. They said stock I wanted was in stock so did 2 hour round trip to find never was. Head office needs 1 star tainted shop visit. BUT JUST NOTED, they got a sale of £200 on salomon 4 gtx that are £140 on most sights even there own. SO if right what's that called ??? WE NEED WORDS it seems Had words £60 refund £20 onto account. Said error hard to keep updated price changes

The staff could not be bothered to check in the back for an item that was slightly plucked on the shop floor. They made it quite obvious they were fobbing me off so I checked the stock online outside. It then allowed me to add up to 4 lots of the exact same item for collection in 2 hours!! Once I added 5 it said delivery was needed. Decided to buy elsewhere 👍

Brilliant service. Especially for a big chain store. Went on to try and get my daughter some hiking shoes and the chappie that served us (Mark) couldn’t have been more helpful. Even service at the till (Tom I think) was spot on. On top of that the shop has a great selection from a variety of quality brands plus everything you need to explore the great outdoors. Handy being right next to the big car park for the town centre too
