Greggs

Yesterday the staff let me use the toilet before buying a couple tea to take away some shops won't let you use the toilet on the buying something but she allowed me to use a toilet and took my word that I would buy something even though she did not question me it's just simply said you can use the toilet I think that's lovely to find staff like that thank you I always love junk food grex is my one of my favourite junk food where you can get a decent couple hot chocolate or tea or coffee I lovely chicken mayo saying it not forgetting oven crunchy crisp chicken bites and custed filled donuts lol

Mixed experiences when I've gone to this branch of greggs. You can expect the usual service and food quality from most greggs here. Range of sandwiches and pastries, served quickly with affordable prices. Lack of extra stars comes from often negative experiences with staff and issues with overall food quality at times. At times found the baguette bread to be underbaked and soggy inside. Sometimes the staff can be in a hurry to get you out and this impacts on the customer service experience.

I work in Go Outdoors at Fox Valley so use this Greggs regularly before my shift starts, all the staff are kept on there toes as it is a very busy Greggs but they are always pleasant and hard working a special mention has to go to Ruby always a nice smile and a lovely personality I was behind an awkward customer this morning who was clearly trying her patience and holding the long queue up but Ruby remained calm and sorted the order, she then offered to bring my capuchino to the table between customers as I had been waiting for so long, Thank you. Also thank you to Miles and Paige both great members of staff very efficient, always a smile and and quick chat it is what makes this Greggs the best one I have been in.

A nice branch, they've got all the greggs classics! Very crispy fresh sausage rolls, a huge selection of desserts, pastries, drinks and a nice variety of sandwiches aswell! The only problem I have is that on certain days I come here, the food isn't as fresh, (it's still delicious but not fresh tasting) Apart from that, lovely branch! Yummy pastries, They are to die for! Also very cheap, it's only 1 pound 10 for a sausage roll, 1 pound for a drink, or sometimes even cheaper! If you ever come to the fox valley and are in the mood for yummy pastries and just genuinely a nice experience, I recommend this place! (Especially if your on a budget)
