Quick check in, very clean, no queue. Polite staff. It would be beneficial to add times on the website for patients information. I had an X-ray and I needed to remove my necklace, I forgot it on the chair in the X-ray room. I will ring tomorrow and hope to find it as I have it for more than 30 years. Update-the item was kept safe for me to collect! Very nice from the staff! Excellent service!

Disabled parking on Bridge Road, parking area at rear. Charges £1.50 for 3 hours but only works from 9am so if you have an 8-9am appointment it’s tricky unless you pay by app. Straight through reception into waiting room. 8.10am appointment started on time. Earplugs, headphones handed over, put my eye mask on and straight into MRI scanner. Lovely radiographer who let me know how long it would take and updated me during scan. Back outside by 8.25am. Great service, fast, efficient - NHS at its best.

My first visit today was very impressed with the layout, and general help and advice given by everyone were helpful and informative. Excellent,no parking at place as off yet, but there will be in the future, so really good for area.

Used the centre a few times now since it opened. Everything is shiny and new, parking is easy and virtually no wing for appointments. Staff professional and courteous. A facility for the area to be proud of.

Really nice staff and very polite was seen to in a matter of minutes of going to the waiting area. MRI Scan was a lot quicker than expected about 20 minutes. A big thank you to the staff.
