Called in and spoke with Mike today, he was beyond helpful. Explained all the things to me to help me build credit (new to the UK and it's like starting over from scratch). He also set up my direct payments and spent the necessary time for me to thoroughly understand things. Thank you Mike, you are a god send.
I have just visited the new branch in Stockton on Tees. I must compliment the staff on their warm welcome and very friendly efficient help. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I was served today in Branch by Mike at the Stockton branch I had a professional service where he was able to save me a lot of time and resolve my issues making an international payment.
