Called in and spoke with Mike today, he was beyond helpful. Explained all the things to me to help me build credit (new to the UK and it's like starting over from scratch). He also set up my direct payments and spent the necessary time for me to thoroughly understand things. Thank you Mike, you are a god send.
I have just visited the new branch in Stockton on Tees. I must compliment the staff on their warm welcome and very friendly efficient help. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I recently spoke to Mike at Barclays at Stockton on Tees, and he was so patient and kind. I am not as savvy as I would like to be and I was having difficulty registering the new Amazon Barclay card. He was able to correct the issues and i am now ready to use it. he did not once criticise but supported me in getting to work Very impressed with the service
