I booked an appointment by email 2 weeks prior and had it confirmed by Lisa. When I turned up for the appointment she told me that it was her day off so she couldn't do the appointment. I explained that I had booked by email and she then got very angry with me and said that she knows I booked by email but she forgot to write it in her diary and this is her day off so she cant do it. No apologies from her at all, she then ushered me out of her house. Completely unprofessional and rude.
My first time visiting yesterday, Lisa was friendly, very welcoming, and made you feel at ease immediately. Treatments for me were leg wax, bikini, and eye brow wax and tint. All of these are done with fantastic results, and I'm really happy. I have also booked in for teeth whitening, and im also looking to join Lisa's yoga classes. I left the salon yesterday feeling relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend Lisa at her salon Face To Face.
Visited Lisa for pre holiday nails with my daughter. Lisa was friendly and welcoming and took care of our very need. We are over the moon with the results and will definitely be back for more treatments
