Stoneacre Teeside - Fantastic experience of purchasing my Land Rover vogue from start to finish. James was amazing, not one bit of pressure, I felt at ease and the conversation flowed. James made my time with him a pleasure and fun experience. Upon collecting the car he completed all the paperwork and did it all for me with the tax and my personal registration. He even bought my pup treats and toys, how thoughtful is that. Top man and very professional, reassurance for aftercare is second to none. Absolutely amazing experience I loved it. Funny how the last review says Jay was so helpful and they got there deposit back even though they didn't buy a car. Same thing happened to me last week but the only difference is they refuse to refund the money even though he told me it would be refunded. Absolutely disgraceful would never do business with them again. Ps ombudsman now informed and another review going on trustpilot

Purchased a new Toyota Corolla GR Sport. All the staff were very helpful. I would like to personally thank Natalie for helping me from Day 1 when I enquired about the Corolla GR Sport. Very bad customer service and practice Made the worst mistake of buying from them and then getting a warranty alongside it Second day home, first drive out, tyre warning light came on. Took it to the dealership, it was classed as 'Wear and tear' for a puncturered tyre and forced to pay for it to be fixed Previous car from this dealership had the same treatment. Paid over a grand 2 months into buying from them because of ''Wear and tear'' issues They throw around 'Wear and tear' very liberally as a get-out-of-jail-free card for literally everything that happens to their vehicle no matter how new or serviced That and 'vehicle safety check didnt diagnose it then' Unfortunately stuck in a contract, but wouldn't ever get something! Work in bad faith

Visited a few days ago for a test drive. Jay was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and impressively well informed. We were treated to a coffee while we contemplated details and the deposit making process was made easy. Ultimately we didn't go ahead with the purchase but that was in no way a reflection of our experience. Thank you for looking after us.
