I used Auction House situated in the offices of Reeds Rains, Middlesbrough, to sell my house. Andy came to view the house and explained the different options I had. I chose to go down the auction route. I'm so glad I did. I asked him to recommend a solicitor. He did and said they would contact me shortly, which they did. The whole process of selling the house was painless and Carol kept me informed and updated throughout. The house was actually sold before even going to auction and within 28 days so the whole transaction was completed before Christmas. The service was completely painless and utterly professional.

Very happy with the service. Sold an empty renovation property and Andy did a great job of the pre-sales advertising and showings. Far reached expectations and house sold for nearly 50% more than my realistic expectations, or if it had been sold through a regular estate agency.
