Absolutely loved my appointment today with Jacqui. What a beautiful salon and such lovely people. This was my first visit to a salon in a long time and I cannot wait to go back. Definitely recommend Shine Preston Farm. Friendly atmosphere, professional service and I love, love, love my new hair......thank you so much Jacqui xx

The salon has a very friendly atmosphere and all staff make you feel welcomed. I have had my hair cut by Libby on two occasions now and have been very happy with the result on both occasions. Salon is very clean and I have always had my appointments run to the time given. Overall I would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Extremely rude owner. Avoid at all costs! Was told I was being difficult because she had to cancel my appointment and I couldn’t make the appointment she could re arrange. Suggest she as a crashed course in some kind of customer service.

I have been going to Jacqui at Shine for more than ten years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now! The salon is professional and friendly and Jacqui is amazing! She also does both my daughters hair and can truly master any style for any age. I couldn’t recommend Jacqui and her team enough.
