Tees Valley Hospital

A good experience at TVH during an anxious time - I have used this hospital on a number of occasions and received the same service every time so far. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable team from the reception staff to the Consultant and everyone in between. All delivered in a clean and modern facility. I would definitely use again.

Fantastic staff - attended today for endoscopy and was very nervous to say the least. However, staff were kind, extremely reassuring and explained the whole process in detail - can’t thank them enough.

The dentist who removed my tooth and the nurse who stood by my side were just amazing. They could see how nervous I was and did everything to calm/distract me. The dentist put my favourite songs on 🥹 and the nurse held my hand throughout 🫶. Everything else before and after was great also.

My treatment was Excellent. Staff were respectful, kind and patient, from the first consultation to my discharge after surgery. My consultant Mr Erdinger had a lovely manner, quiet, kind, understanding and with a sense of humour which put me very much at ease.

Both myself and my husband have had reason to attend Tees Valley Hospital and on each occasion the service from all concerned in our care has been excellent. This staff, the hospital environment and the high level of communication and care means that we are highly likely to recommend Tees Valley Hospital to others and to seek further treatment there if required.
