been buying caravans for over 50 years ,dealt with tom who gave me a good trading price and the purchase price was also good. He was a pleasure to deal with and he left us alone to look around the van. The advert was just as described . The valleter did an excellent job and also on the hand over. We're extremely happy with our purchase of the Elddis Affinity 574. From start to finish, Tom was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and making the process smooth. Since we live in Derbyshire, we couldn’t view the caravan right away, but Tom was kind enough to let us place a holding deposit until we could come and see it in person. We’re so glad we did – the caravan was in immaculate condition, and I don’t think it would have lasted on sale for much longer! We also part-exchanged our old caravan for a very fair price, which made the whole experience even better. The only issue we had was with the caravan battery, which was faulty, but Tom quickly offered a replacement at no extra cost to us. We can’t fault Tees Valley Caravans at all and highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a new caravan. Thank you so much – we absolutely love our new caravan!

Picked up our new to us caravan today, from start to finish a very pleasant experience, On arrival, there was no pushy salesmen, left to browse caravans at own free will, we dealt with Andy, who after selecting a van was very informative, paid the deposit, and that starts the ball rolling, they do habitation/damp checks, with a full report, ( brand new battery fitted, rear light cluster replaced), before you get a hand over date, Andy had it all plugged in ready for us to see everything working. Would definitely recommend this company, and would be first port of call if we buy/part x in the future, Thanks to everybody at Tees Valley Caravans.

Great place to buy a caravan. Tom was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately on hand over day he wasn’t there but the hand over was faultless. Would definitely use here again and recommend to anyone

Delighted with our purchase and dealings with this company. It was all genuine transparent and positive from start to finish. Endless patience with questions, the handover and walk thru was amazing and we left with out van feeling confident and if in doubt we would be welcome to ring for reassurance at any time.
