Called in yesterday to buy school shoes for my daughter. Shes only had her other shoes for a few months and they had split, so I was a little disappointed at the quality (hence the low rating). I expect her shoes to last longer than 3 months- I even showed a photo to the assistant of how poor quality her shoes were and I'm pretty sure they weren't cheap. However, they do offer a great range of shoes and I can't fault the service in the store (big shout out to the assistant manager who took the time to chat with me and seemed very knowledgeable). Plenty of parking space. The store is very spacious. Staff are excellent. I would advise popping in to a store as opposed to shopping online with them as their ranges are much cheaper in the store than on their website!! They had a great sale on yesterday. And plenty of stock.

Used click and reserve for 2 pairs of boots. Really simple process. Had an email and a text message the next day to advise that my order was ready. On getting to my local Stockton store my order was quickly located. I'm happy to say that one of the boots I'd requested was a perfect fit What a great way to buy footwear. Staff at the store were really helpful. Definitely deserve 5* rating.

I needed some new footware and slippers, when ever I've needed them I've always visited here 1st since my teenage years and I'm in my 50's now. An excellent amount of stock available all different sizes too, good prices. The staff are polite and helpful. Well worth popping before hitting the highstreet.

The shoes i bought completely split i would not have them replaced with the same shoes But I had no apoligy for the inconveinience it caused me and the tine I wasted taking them back
