Teesside Shopping

Ive been using this shopping park since it 1st opened and it was always my go to place to shop. Easy and free parking, shelter from the weather around the shops. I now only go if I can't get the product I want else where. The parking system is now haphazard and makes no sense at all as well as being limited to 4 hours and the shelter is gone. They turned a reasonably well thought out car park and shopping space into a clogged up nightmare with no cover from the rain at all.

AVOID AT CHRISTMAS Will take you about 40-50 mins to get off the A66 due to the queues. traffic flow is appalling - there are spaces but they’ve messed up the easy flow. And if you want to make a day of it with some shopping and then eating - you will be fined for staying too long. So I guess they are happy for us to spend elsewhere to spend elsewhere . This place used to be great lots of choice of shops but now sports shops dominate sports direct huge jumble sale // Nike // Jd sports !! It’s not a big place with not a huge choice really 🤯🤷🏼‍♀️ Go to Darlington instead

There is a lot of choice here. Plus, there is building work going on, so more to come. The Asda Living was vast, and we also looked around a huge Primark. Costa Coffee seating was very comfy, and the new outside landscaping and paving is very fresh. The one-way system to get to a parking space is awful with cars backing up and a wait to get parked. The shops are good. The access and parking is not the best.

As usual the parking can be a problem as can the bottle neck to get out. Due to everything being around the outside, rather than a nice centre in the middle, this is difficult to go to more than one or two shops because of my poor mobility. Very difficult to get a disabled car parking spot as very few and usually filled with someone without a badge!
