“Great experience at Morrisons. The store is always clean, well-organised, and fully stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful, making shopping there a pleasure. I especially appreciate the fresh produce and wide range of quality products at reasonable prices. The checkout process is quick and efficient. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to shop — highly recommended.”
The café in Glenrothes has been terrible for past few months. The batter was very hard and the fish was very dry.
Seriously appalled at the cleanliness of this place! Every single table uncleared and positively dirty. Not a single table has been wiped down, with food and debris on every surface. If I hadn't already paid for my food item I would have walked out. Only a couple of items of cutlery in the trays and they appeared unclean. No napkins. When walking to get said cutlery, I nearly fell over because the floor was so slippery with grease or similar. Honestly feel disgusted as I sit here. Observed a member of staff lifting a dirty cup then handling food without cleansing her hands. £4.50 for a gluten free sandwich and having to wait over 20 minutes for it so far.
Lacking in decor , the free refills on hot drinks is really good , this guy called Mike was really friendly and gave really good customer service whilst juggling cleaning, serving and taking orders as well as other staff , I had the vegetarian breakfast at £9.90 which is fairly good price but with the non vegetarian breakfast you get bacon but with the vegetarian you get avocado which was really nice but it wasn’t as filling.
Dirty cafe! not one clean surface in the cafe! Barely any staff working. Food was pretty poor too. All the cutlery was wet and still dirty.
