Place has really gone downhill, went in Friday afternoon before a film, place was deserted and after the service I received I can see why, posters all over the place advertising a new burger, so I asked for that, the answer, 'no, we dont have it' no sorry, no unfortunately we dont have that at the moment, just a blunt 'no', so i asked for something else, again, 'no' no politeness or courtesy, just a plain no, with about as much character as the mop bucket in the corner, so running out of patience but still being hunger I asked, 'what do you have?' Chicken royales was the only burger they had available, what kind of burgerking doesnt have actual burgers? If I wanted chicken I would've stopped at KFC, I wouldn't have minded if they hadnt been proudly advertising the new burgers or had the decency to be polite about the matter. So I ended up with a chicken burger I didnt really want, served with an attitude I didnt appreciate and with a side order of halloumi fries that were about as cooked as a blue steak, safe to say if you want a decent meal, at a decent price with decent service, go somewhere else

Ordered my young daughter BBQ Kansas Chicken Fries. The receipt showed that I did 30015 and then without knowing we were given jalepeno chicken fries. Seeing the box was different I checked the receipt and it said BBQ. She tucked in only to get upset because her mouth was burning from the spice. Spoke to the counter and was met with ignorance. I denied the offer of nuggets and asked for another drink to sooth her burning mouth and was ignored twice. Just a shrug. Disgusting service and I’ll be staying away from Burger King for the foreseeable future

I hadn’t had a Burger King in months, so we stop at the branch in Teesside park. The place is awful, the staff can barely understand you. The toilets are like you’ve just walked into an old social club. The food 🤢🤢 How do they get away with it? Compared to the photos on the website! After eating half of my so called chicken burger I decided to leave it. The missus got a double cheeseburger which he took back as it looked like a single, upon further inspection it turned out to be a double. The patty must of been 2mm thick and looked like it had sat there for days until someone finally came in and ordered one. Now I realise why I stay away from these places, food inspectors must be getting back handers to keep these places open.

Bah… what can I say… no wonder the place is quiet… wish I’d read the reviews first… chicken royal had a funny taste… chips were good but only about 13… and the bacon double cheese, well it’s just bigger than a £2 coin and the whole thing was cold, the bacon was discoloured and not at all crispy.. the birds in the carpark enjoyed it all though. Was expensive too for what it was

Food was cold and expensive. Had to wait so we thought it would at least be fresh. Very disappointing. Would not go back.
