Tesco Superstore

Ordered a Tesco whoosh delivery and cancelled it due to being “unable to fulfil the order” I understand that it is close to Christmas and it is busy, however, I still have to work and am unable to go the store itself. That order contained things I needed for my Xmas baked goods for family and my lunch. I am now without the storage boxes for my Xmas goods and without food! Ridiculous

I had an unfair and disappointing experience with staff at this Tesco. I bought a shaving machine a few days ago, but it does not work properly. I returned with the receipt and requested a refund, which was refused. I explained my consumer rights and even showed them Tesco’s own returns policy, but this was ignored. Despite clearly meeting the return conditions, the refund was still denied. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman. It’s disappointing that staff unfair behaviour has made go through this unnecessary process

Just been into Ingleby barwick Tesco. 1.30. No Sunday mail papers again!!!!!! I asked but they won't go out the back to check if there's any more 😒

Absolutely Appalling Service – Avoid Tesco Garage Car Wash at All Costs I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the way Tesco has handled a recent incident involving their car wash. After using their facility, my car was left with visible and undeniable damage. Despite raising the issue immediately and providing all the necessary evidence, Tesco has outright refused to accept responsibility or pay for the damage caused. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. A company of Tesco’s size and reputation should be more than capable of resolving an issue like this with some basic decency and accountability. Instead, I’ve been met with dismissiveness, delays, and flat-out refusal to do the right thing. If you’re considering using Tesco’s car wash – DON’T. It’s simply not worth the risk. And if something goes wrong, you can expect to be left with the bill and zero support. I expected far better from a major retailer. Shameful.
