I live almost next door so it's handy, but I actually stopped going in for ages because the dark haired Rachel is rude offensive and should keep her opinion to herself. She has on a few occasions embarrassed me by saying loudly are you drinking ? When I've asked for wine or half bottle of vodka. This has gone on for over a year. So I politely told her I didn't appreciate her comments only last week, tonight I went up to her to be served and she walked out back and left me standing the other assistant was confused and looked perplexed so he asked to serve me instead. Seems like she wants to keep this strange behaviour going on for longer. So I'm going to speak to head office. Everyone else in the shop is outstanding especially Julie Wright and Doreen

Bought a vape just stepped out side the shop and unboxed it right outside the front doors went to have a go and it's faulty and doesn't work. Went to take it back and the lass apologised and went to do an exchange for me which is what it required for a faulty product ! (I work in retail and know this is definitely aloud !) But there was an old man with grey hair and glasses said I could not get a refund or an exchange on a faulty product that was sold to me and said u need to contact elf bar them selves. This is absolutely just an old man wanting to annoy people. I work in care and only make a little amount of money and I go to get a vape and it's faulty and they expect me to buy another one. Avoided for vales as they will sell u faulty ones and not give a return, trading standers training needs to be done in their story truth

Be very careful. A shop assistant stole 5£ before my eyes. My groceries were worth 15.14. I gave her 20 and added 20 pennies to help her. After accepting my payment she wouldn't give me 5£ change. Saying that she only had received 15 and some pennies. BE VERY CAREFUL...

They have the worst services, the staff are very very rude and racist, I came all the way from scotland and they made me go on the line twice and i had scottish money they didnt accept it from me, and the second i paid i asked for a bag and they told me i have to go back to line even though it was my turn p

Very very very poor customer service. Rude, cheeky and upset staff. No good morning no thank you no see you later. Even the grocery bag never handed to me just left as opened rubish bag with things thrown in. ABSOLUTE RACIST!
