The goal is to have the new and improved TEC service fully up and running by 1 October 2026, meaning there will be absolutely no gap in care. The entire process is about providing continuity and reassurance to the adults who depend on this support. This proactive approach ensures that every resident with a care plan will continue to receive the help they need.

But what is 'technology enabled care'?

It sounds a bit technical, doesn't it? But the idea behind Technology Enabled Care (or TEC for short) is really simple.
