The Range, Wakefield

The Range has become one of my favourite home stores for furnishings & decorations. They have lots of choice to suit all tastes and with very reasonable prices. The staff at Wakefield branch are very friendly & helped me make an online order which was delivered yesterday. Very happy with my new oversized oak mirror that was reduced in price to a bargain £59. There is always something to find on every visit :)

Came to pick up a click and collect order - man on till talking about me blatantly on the headset to his colleague in the back going mad about me collecting early right in front of my face. I was asked questions by the man and he kept walking off mid way through my answers - so rude and weird. Also got the curtains home and they were dirty so have to go back to change

only sought basic assistance and was met with a RUDE employee who spoke to me with MALICE and glared at like she wanted to throttle me! you win love! ill never raise a simple question to you again! You can stir your couldren (till) in your coven (shop) in peace! Buyers beware! Do not enter without a vial of salt and christian cross to defend yourself against these wolves, witches and giants!

Met today by a life size singing santa as you walk through the doors, absolutely ridiculous we are not yet into September. I love Christmas but this is too early. 🎅

absolutely shocking customer service, bought an animatronic clown for halloween and opened the box to set it up and test it and found all the bars were missing so couldnt set it up. i boxed it up and took it back to store to be told they didnt have any left and wouldnt give me the bars off the ones off the display even though it was useless to them, the so called manager sarah was disgusting and rude she didnt even apologize and said nothing she could do about it and was very condescending towards me, didnt offer to swap it for anything else and said she wouldnt even call a store now but leave my number and she would "see" what she could do, but obviously wasnt going to do anything. i asked them to order me one to be told to look and do it myself. she was horrid and just walked off. had no choice but get my money back. i went o the halloween section and there she was with a brand new clown boxed up and putting it out. she didnt even come to the till with it she was just going to put it out. i came up to her and she was like "oh well it must have just come on delivery" what an absolute lie seen as this was a sunday and she didnt even look in the back or say sorry. shocking customer service and this woman needs to be sacked for talking to people like they are the lowest of the low. staff here genuinely dont care they are a disgrace especially that manager who needs some training in basic manners like using the word "SORRY" wont be buying from you again. hire better staff because the ones you have now are horrendous. ZERO stars
