Only given 3 at this point. Had lovely help in store but I cant actually speak to anyone over the phone regarding my order. Tracking not working. I need to speak to a person but forever on hold which ever number you ring

Do not buy sofas from this company . They sell you la-z- boy sofas claiming they are real leather when they are not. I paid £5000 for these sofas expecting good quality but the leather started peeling in just a few weeks and what’s worse is scs totally ignore you. I have sent them emails and tried calling them but once they have your money they do not care. They are still selling these sofas knowing they have had numerous complaints about the leather peeling off. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Your website said your store in Wakefield was open today (14th August)......but it wasn't...wasted journey. I tried to ring to see if you are actually open tomorrow........waste of time...only given 2 options.....1) if you have not received your furniture 2) if you have received your furniture!!! What about a general enquiry question ScS ??????? Disappointed before I've even walked into the store!!

Well been waiting since June now for 2 three seater sofas which from the off set was supposed to be in there stores but apparently they only had 1 which after months has now been found and delivered so we then had to order another 1 as they didn't have 2 so again now waiting was to be delivered by end of Oct but again put back if this doesn't appear before end of November I will be again going in to see them at Wakefield only this time it will not be curtious as it was before

Bought a full suite from here recently, and it was a nice experience. The showroom is very nice, with lots of choice, and the service from the staff, including Cameron, was very helpful
