Please avoid them if you value your peace of mind. We ordered sofa which was said will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Order was placed in August, delivery was supposed to be second week of October. We went to track the item and saw it’s been moved to last week of October, we went to track again and saw it’s been moved to November. It’s disgusting.

Extremely Disappointed – Faulty Sofas We ordered sofas from SCS in July, and they arrived this month with several visible faults. The cushions were misaligned, one side seat was slanted causing sagging, and the overall height was noticeably lower than the model displayed in-store. A black support bar was also visible at the front, giving the sofa an unfinished appearance. I reported these issues immediately and provided photographic evidence, but the technician wrongly blamed “uneven use,” and his temporary fix failed straight away. Despite clear evidence from day one, SCS dismissed my concerns and stated they would not take the matter further. The sofas remain defective, uncomfortable, and poorly finished. The after-sales support has been extremely disappointing. Both my mother and I are very unhappy with the poor quality and lack of customer care. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from SCS — do not recommend, and avoid if you don’t want the stress and frustration of dealing with their after-sales team.

Went in today to buy a sofa and was served by Jason. He wasn’t pushy at all, just really helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Great service — would definitely recommend!

Ordered online in February didn’t get delivered until August, when delivered it was wrong colour. Chose a different sofa that was meant to be delivered today 16th October but oh wait no they can’t deliver because they wasn’t aware to they had to take away the sofa they delivered wrong, absolute joke of a company been to store and still waiting a call back I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

What can I say, the level of professionalism and genuine care and attention to our needs and requirements are unmatched. The two staff members we spoke with Zed and Mohammad went above and beyond and made us feel like we had known them all our lives. Truly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever experienced. What an asset to SCS these individuals are and for sure We will be buying from this store in particular again. Thank you guys you’re not supposed to get goosebumps when buying sofas right??
