Rude female staff no customer service at all when you go into the shop your not allowed to view your purchase properly i went in with my son and wife and grandson and was treated abysmally the staff was so rude . I have spent just this year over a thousand pounds in this shop never again will i ever go to this branch felt like a shoplifter the staff need to know make every customer count . Try training them .
Very very poor service here. Was quoted £96 cash to sell AirPod pro’s and told to come back at a certain time to allow for testing. Returned at that time and got told they had failed to test it and suggested come back another day. I returned 2 days later and was only offered £72 despite it being CEX’s fault they did not test it on time the original day. If you can’t stick to your original times for testing it then don’t suggest them. UPDATE: Customer services say they have been in touch with the store and they are now completely lying about the price originally offered. Shambolic service to now straight out lie to their customers. Avoid at all costs.
