Absolutely freezing room. No preheating at all so seeing as it was cold outside, meant it was cold inside. Quite genuinely had to leave the hairdryer running for half hour as the air con unit doesn't exactly pump out the temperature the control panel indicates. In the end or was OK but after a few hours. Shower was a bit too frugal on the amount of water actually coming out of it due to the water saving device attached to it. More or less everything else was OK

Every single member of staff was 1st class, but the room was tired bathroom stained and breakfast choice very limited and not entirely fresh from what my family sampled the hot food was good though. Again top marks for the staff but the rooms and food could definitely improve.

This hotel should be a 4 star, because the service was excellent, lovely staff, breakfast was excellent and evening meal tasted lovely, home cooked, desserts lovely and a good choice of main courses. My daughter and I came on a Caledonian Mystery Tour and couldnt fault the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly evrn whrn they had a few complaints when some of the food ran out, but they rectified it quickly. For the price we paid it was more than a 3 star hotel in our opinion. We really enjoyed our stay. 🤩

Nice place to stay 1-2 nights. Large rooms well equipped. Bottles of waters -compliment, as well, as tea, coffee, milk. English breakfast and very good dinners.

Last minute hotel as one in town had cancelled our booking. Have stayed in Ibis before and thought this was a bit overpriced for a last minute however it did the job. Room was extremely clean, towels etc. teas and coffee also offered. Feedback: Could I recommend that a warning is given to all paying guests that noise is kept to a loa level. All night someone next door had TV on top volume and i did come down to raise the issue and no one was at desk. Whilst wasn't a major issue when you pay £100 for a room you actually want to be able to sleep. Parking is also £5 overnight
