We stopped of in Wetherby as I was thirsty. I got a oreo krushem and a Pepsi & my partner got a piece of chicken and some chips. £10 25 The krushums have reduced in size. Customer service was good. Wheelchair accessible
Every time I stop here I regret it. In today's visit I was treated like a complete idiot for asking like a tray despite having selected eat in. If you dont do trays, that's fine. But just dont be rude about it. Its not like you're offering a cheap and cheerful service either
Food ok ,nothing to write home about. Ordered 2 watermelon drinks when I got home 1 was fine the other was just soda water ....won't be using wetherby KFC again useless.
A quick rare takeaway as we were running late. The big plus was the ice-cream on a hot day, something that KFC doesn't do at every outlet. The one thing we hope can be improved for a future visit are the very sticky table surfaces in the food concourse.
Waiting for 10-15 minutes in front of the ordering till, I was either transparent or invisible as people were just ignored me...well done Tina, great customer service. I understand that they had 5 orders in a queue,but I had to use the meal vouchers....so either pay at the machine,or wait....for other people to finish ordering. Thank you.
