Takes a lot for me to leave a negative public review of a place but worse customer service I have ever experienceds. A few months ago as I came in the store there was a large spillage that didn't have any signage. I slipped right Infront of a staff memeber came down hard with a audible noise. My partner and other customers rushed to help me up and ask if I was okay the staff memeber did not! Benefit of the doubt I just brought the spillage to the staff memebers attention and they shrugged at me. So I said for them to at least put a sign up to hopefully stop someone else falling. They huffed and walked off to get a sign. I just grabbed what I needed and left thankfully I wasn't hurt. Revisited today I am now heavily pregnant so left my partner to finished up whilst I waited in the car. As he was putting our items on the till noticed that one of the juices we had picked up had split and caused a mess. He waited for the cashier to finish serving the customer ahead of him and kindly asked if he could have something to clean it up or some help, the cashier stared at him after an awkward silence he again asked for some help. She strugged. So he once again said I need help so she responded I guess I'll have to see what we have to help. Left and came back with a few sheets of blue roll just passing them to my partner and sitting behind the till again. He asked if he could get a replacement item she ignored him at this point he's quite frustrated so say okay I'm going to go grab one. When he comes back the cashier has another customer packing away our shopping. He Thanks the customer and say "ah mate you didn't need to do that". The cashier then says "well what was I supposed to do I have a queue." All I can say is I'm so proud of the decorum of my partner because that was appalling.

The middle aisle is always fun and full of gadgets. You need to convince yourself that you don't need a welding helmet, on the other hand for this price, can you really afford not to own one (even though you don’t weld)? There are always some good deals and favorite products that I only buy there.

Prices are amazing, not even sure why i was going to other supermarkets. Love it

Excellent got round quickly found items I wanted good value and self checkout really quick. Good experience even for Saturday morning
