Don't often leave reviews but I have to say this is easily the best KFC in York, been eating at this one for years, always fast, efficient and never overcooked, which I can't say the same for the other KFC in York. Never missed an item on delivery either. Can't fault the place, it's exactly how a fast food should be ran
I ordered £30 worth of food on the app for my and my girlfriend before my surgery, I was missing an entire zinger stacker meal and half the mini fillets, after calling uber i have got a £5 refund when the food missing plus the delivery fee went up to around £15-20. The woman on the phone hung up on me 2 times and continued to refuse to put me through to a manager, so I ordered food they were missing one meal so I’ve paid £25 for barely one meal, completely unacceptable and terrible service, I have been robbed of my money
Ordered on just eat they sent the wrong item. Ordered dirty loaded fries got, the generic ones. Complained on just eat and then when they reached out to you, you lied and said correct item was given. Scamming your customers left and right I see. Last time I come to your branch.
Ordered 10 wings off Uber Eats and 5 of them seemed to have been from baby chickens. This sorry excuse for a wing should not be served to customers let alone half the box. Would not recommend
Arrived in York late. hotel restaurant closed, had no choice but to go to KFC. got a filet burger with a hard bun suggesting it had been sat there for ages. can't even remember the last time I went somewhere and got served food like this.
