Went in with my wife who was looking for an extra wide pair of boots for work. We asked the woman if she could point out / recommend a boot in extra wide. To be told you have to look for yourself...look for G or H inside the shoe....then she just walked off(totally uninterested)....so we took our business elsewhere.
Lauren in the York branch is amazing. Fun, knowledgeable, 5 ⭐️ service… lovely range of products from fun shoes to those that cater for the classic dresser. Thank you
Looking for a specific style of shoes, tried all over York & finally found them here. Assistant was very helpful to me whilst having to try to serve another customer who wouldn't get off her phone for the whole time I was in the shop. Very happy with my shoes & the service.
